該機是我吸收意大利脫胚機的基礎上在1996年自主研發(fā)設備，是集脫胚、破碴與一體的設備，以打、搓、揉的原理，進行玉米干法脫胚。該設備由數(shù)個齒板組成的固定齒圈中間裝有一個可拆卸的轉子，轉子和機架分別安裝于底座。轉子上端的皮帶輪通過皮帶與電機相連。其轉子在固定齒圈中可以轉動，固定齒圈與轉子并保持有一定間隙。轉子由三塊轉盤和十二條打板組成。
This series of equipment, developed by our company independently in 1996 based on Italian degerming machine, has both degerming and breaking functions. Dry-type corn degerming is conducted on the principle of hitting and rubbing. The equipment is equipped with a fixed tooth ring which is made up of several toothed plates, with a dismountable rotor set in the middle. The rotor and rack are installed on the pedestal separately. The belt pulley on the rotor is connected with the motor via a belt. The rotor in the middle of the fixed tooth ring can rotate, and there is a certain space between the fixed tooth ring and the rotor. The rotor consists of three turntables and twelve plates.
